An award-winning consultancy, specialising in remediation of contaminated land, are looking to recruit an experienced Environmental Scientist to join them in their offices near Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone familiar with contaminated land to join a company working on the leading edge of remediation.

The position of Senior Remediation Scientist would require you to take responsibility for managing a number of in-situ remediation projects; this will also include financial and budget control and team coordination. Your duties would also include communicating with regulatory authorities, planning site works, compiling reports and ensuring that all records are maintained.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical writing and analytical skills and ideally have an extensive knowledge of remediation. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in a related discipline and would benefit from having a postgraduate qualification in a similar subject.
