Equipment Operator - Excavator/Dozer

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Must be able to understand operating and maintenance instructions as well as work safety rules. Must be willing to work any shift and overtime as required. Must be highly safety conscious. Must be able to fully operate a Dozer (D8 or D) and Excavator (375 Cat)

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with overall operational requirements for both Dozer and Excavator 2-3 years operations experience preferred
• Performs pre-shift and post shift inspections on mobile equipment.
• Makes minor repairs, as necessary, and periodically may assist mechanics with repairs or pm's.
• Follows established patterns avoiding hazardous conditions.
• Perform a variety of duties as directed in addition to those described.
