Reports to:Compliance Manager, North America
As the Occupational Injury Manager for North America, you will work closely with injured workers, managers and safety professionals to provide an outstanding injury management service to the regions of Canada and United States.
You will have overall responsibility for the management and support of all injury and incident claims within North America for all business divisions (Minerals, Environmental, Tribology and Coal). As well you will be responsible for tracking and trending all injury related statistics using online software and generation of monthly and annual reports including financial tracking of claims costs.
You will be an integral part of the North American Compliance team and will work together with Divisional Health and Safety Managers as well as location managers to support HSE policy and initiatives across the region which aid in injury prevention.
