Description: Our client is a leading mid-tier head contractor with a first class reputation and a solid pipeline of work from a loyal and expanding client base. Operating across Health, Commercial, Aged Care, Education and Federal sectors, the company has the capability to deliver a range of D&C new build and refurbishment projects to $20m +.
Due to an internal promotion, my client is in need of a Contracts Administrator for an initial 8 week contract, with the potential for longer term.
Key Responsibilities
•Assisting with the financial aspects and managing sub-contract packages
•Overseeing up to three building projects valued between $1Million and $15Million.
•Reporting into a Project Manager, you will be working closely with site and office teams - based in the office and out on sites.
Skills and Experience
•Be degree level qualified in a Construction related course.
•Experience using Jobpac software
•Have at least 2 years experience working for a reputable head contractor across a variety of building (non-residential) projects.
•Have exposure to projects of at least $10m in value
•Currently reside within the Sydney area, and be prepared to travel up to an hour to sites from an office base.
