Job purpose:
- Successfully develop client portfolio, including new customers, renewal and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the sales target
Main responsibilities:
- In charge of client relationship, needs analysis, control of technical proposals, client profitability, reporting, sales analysis
- Lead specific projects, establish their course, create plan, define term, identifie the major project milestones and resources
- Monitor and implement client visit and be proactive in getting support from superior
- Independently prepare presentation and check contract before making a deal with clients
- Coordinate with Claim Department to follow-up and update claim settlement to clients
- Other tasks assigned by the Company
Job requirement
Qualifications: University degree, Microsoft Office literacy, English fluency
Experience: At least 03 years experience in insurance with broker or insurer at senior level of execution
