GEOLOGISTS
Responsibilities:
To review and assess resource based projects of new development mining projects all over the world
To propose and conduct exploration programs together with budget requirements and approvals
Scope of work includes; geological mapping, sampling, report writing, prepare and regularly update mine plans on geology, mineralization, alteration and structures, organise/supervise drilling/sampling operations at mine and exploration areas, assist in geological modeling and evaluation of ore reserves
Requirements:
Degree in Geology
Working experience in alluvial mines, coal mines, nickel-lateritic mines, open pit and underground hard rock mining
Must be conversant in English
Computer and report writing skills
Knowledge of geology software (Micromine / Surpac / Datamine) would be advantage
