STOREKEEPER / STORE CLERKS
Responsibilities:
To lead and work with a team of store clerks and store assistants for the efficient and proper execution of Stores’ functions
To source quotations and prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders
To check and verify all goods received against delivery notes
To check all invoices against goods received
To order fuel (diesel) in time and physically check quantity of fuel received, issued and balance
To keep stock cards for all items and place orders upon reaching minimum levels
Control and maintain records of all store issues and direct charge items
Plan, organize, monitor control, review to ensure a good storage system and inventory records
To ensure all critical spares do not run out of stock and early orders sent out for long lead items
To alert Warehouse Supervisor or higher management on any change, discrepancy or damage to incoming or existing goods
To keep track with stock inventory, prepare and submit reports on stock checks in a timely manner
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a SPM or a higher qualification
Required languages - Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 5 years of working experience
Must be willing to be relocated
