- [Company] is seeking a Staff Civil Engineer to join our Gladstone, Michigan office.
Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
- Working with [Company] clients to provide detailed design and construction support on various infrastructure improvement projects;
- Involvement in various aspects of project planning, design and construction;
- Performing engineering analysis, design and assessment of various access roadways, slope grading, drainage improvements, and mine infrastructure;
- Providing engineering support during construction;
- Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines;
- Assisting with proposal packages;
- Assist with 3D Civil CAD for plan preparation; and
- Work on short-term field assignments
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the engineering / environmental field;
- EIT status preferred;
- Ability to work with a team of professionals on engineering related projects;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Commitment to providing a quality work product;
- Ability to work in the field for extended periods;
- Must be eligible for employment in the U.S., possess a valid driver's license, and pass a pre-employment physical including drug screen and pre-employment background check.
