A specialist mining consultancy, with offices in Sydney CBD and Brisbane, are seeking a
Principal Mining Engineer with minimum 10 -15 years experience to lead their mining projects. You will require a strong background in open cut and/or underground coal and mine planning. Please note this is not a Business Development role - you will be required to lead existing projects as well as mentor more junior engineers.
Ideally you will have:
-10+ years in mining engineering preferably in Open Pit and if possible Underground environments
-Problem solving ability and strong communication skills
-Proven technical and operational experience
-Previous consultancy experience desirable
-Strong knowledge of Mining software
-Experience in due diligence, feasibility, and expansion projects
