Currently an opportunity exists for a sales engineer to join their WA team.
Role
In this role you will develop new business and work heavily within existing accounts. You will sell my client's range of integrated centrifugal slurry & dewatering pumps, piston diaphragm pumps amongst other affiliated products and related services into heavy industry with a focus on the water & waste water and mining sectors, managing the sales process from enquiry to specification through to commissioning. You'll be backed up by excellent project engineers in developing quotes & tenders and winning sales. The role has excellent scope for development into the WA sales manager role within 24 months based upon your success.
Candidate
Preferably you will have a proven background in the sales of pumps or pumping systems, with technical qualifications - either trade or mechanical engineering. You will demonstrate a proven track record in sales, business development and key account management. In addition, exposure to the waste, water, mining, oil & gas, manufacturing or industrial sectors will be highly regarded if not essential.
