Occupational Health Practioner /Wellness Cordinator

The successful incumbent will report to the HOD SHERQ

The Following Qualifications And Experience Are Essential:

• Diploma in Healthcare/Human/Social Sciences
• Matric Certificate
• Minimum of 3years experience in Health/Community development and mobilization
• Occupational Health Practitioner
• HIV/AIDS Management Qualification

Although Not Limited To, The Incumbent’s Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting training and development HIV needs within various department including communities and NGOs
• Monitoring programmes delivery following national and provincial strategy of HIV care
• Promoting and co-ordinating inter-sectoral work projects and workplace programmes
• Allocating and utilizing different service programmes for HIV/AIDS
• Ensuring our on-site wellness programme is in tip-top shape
• Supporting staff and community to engage in HIV programmes
• Co-ordinating, facilitating delivery of effective HIV programmes
• Managing Chronic and communicable disease management
• Liaising with various sectors and stakeholders in charity work
• Interacting well with others is very important
• Producing regular reports on service delivery
• Doing wellness testing and counselling
• Facilitating and support NGOs
• Preparing wellness reports
