Service Support Technician

Job Specification            

• Accurately diagnose and repair machine problems
• Ensure machines are maintained to meet all manufacturer service requirements
• Effective self-management and performance ownership
• Identification, reporting and feedback on product problems and failures
• To optimize process, provide specialist advice on all customer requirements and implement corrective measures
• Build and sustain excellent customer relationships
• To sell parts and service internal and external customers

Requirements Of Candidates

• Qualified millwright / fitter
• 3 - 5 years field experience on crushing / screening equipment
• Sound business communication skills (including report writing)
• Sound customer relationship skills
• Strong failure analysis and problem solving skills
• Sound computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Extremely sound product knowledge - crushing and screening knowledge
• Advanced trouble shooting skills
• Application understanding of crushing and screening equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of Safety, Mining Acts
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel
