Senior Equity Analyst

Description

• Assist with and provide support to manager for the administration of all long term incentive programs, including equity grants, purchases, contributions and distributions
• Manage credits and debits from the Political Action Committee accounts to provide a separation of duties within the department
• Provide support to manager and the Legal Department for required SEC compliance filings for Section 16 Officers and Directors
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s Business Conduct Guidelines regarding trading in Company securities by maintaining the insider trading categories for each employee, including distribution and collection of certifications

Job requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Legal or Stock Plan Administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of the processes involved with employee compensation and the need to safeguard confidential information
• Results-oriented drive and work ethic with passion for accuracy, sense of urgency and timely delivery of high quality work
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Proficient with Microsolf Excel and Word
