This role is perfect for anyone keen to test and improve their technical know-how and hands-on experience, with a single pit offering a number of technical challenges.

Qualifications / Experience:
Reporting to the Production Manager you will commit to the safety, leadership and motivation of your team and the shift workforce. Responsibilities will include:
Shift safety
Delivering production and cost targets
Monitoring statutory responsibilities
Ensuring operations comply with legislative requirements
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrate extensive experience in underground coal mining. A NSW 2nd Class Certificate of Competence is essential.
