The Company: 
Our client is a rapidly expanding multinational resources producer who has a range of successful open cut and underground mines across Australia. As their regional New South Wales operations are currently expanding, we are seeking an experienced Mining Engineer to support the site. These new operations will see the company significantly increase their production levels in the next several years and offers an exceptional career opportunity.

The Mining Engineer you will have proven underground coal experience along with leadership potential and the ability to provide mine planning, engineering and related expertise and advice to the mine.

Position Requirements: The Mining Engineer will have

• A Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) or equivalent
• 3-5+ years experience in mining planning and mining engineering within underground coal
• Experience providing planning and engineering advice and support
• Proven leadership and organisational skills
• High level communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in high pressure with competing priorities
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to health, safety & the environment
