About the Company:
Our client is a very well respected Civil Contractor with an excellent working environment.

About the Site Manager's Cable Hauling role:
The Site Manager's function is to manage the performance of Project site works in accordance with the contract, statutory, quality, workplace health and safety, and environmental requirements. 

The Cable Hauling Site Manager will be responsible for:
  • Ensure the Contract, site subcontracts and statutory requirements are met at Site including preparation of notices and instructions.
  • Overseeing Cable Hauling for large Power projects.
  • Perform site progress inspections to supervise and monitor all site activities and ensure weekly reports to the Project Manager are prepared in the agreed format.
  • Lead by example to ensure safe Site working environments and practices for all Project Stakeholders.
  • Prepare site activities budget and control site costs.  Ensure site activities programme is prepared, updated and complied with. 
Requirements for Cable Hauling Site Manager:
  • Electrical Trade Qualification or Civil
  • 10 years + in HV Substation Site Management and Cable installation
  • Health & Safety requirements for Construction activities on Site
