Due to unprecedented growth, we have an exciting permanent opportunity for a customer focused and motivated individual to join our team in the position as Maintenance Site Manager
This exciting position will see you involved with providing service, parts and technical support for Thiess in Mt Owen

The Mt Owen site is Thiess's largest coal mining operations in New South Wales

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the important link between the customer and the company to ensure a high level of service support is maintained at all times
• Providing maintenance service on Hitachi equipment
• Providing quality technical support for Hitachi's product range
• Promoting parts and service with the intention of increasing sales in line with branch sales and margin targets

To be successful in this role:

• You will hold relevant trade qualifications - mechanical or electrical
• Demonstrated experience with mining equipment is essential for this role
• Exposure to Electric Drive trucks would be a distinct advantage
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Customer management skills
