HCA's new Mining Assembly and Reman Centre located in Wacol has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Facility Administration Coordinator.


Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and plan all essential services (security, building maintenance, mail, waste disposal, cleaning, recycling, catering, etc.)
• Ensure all OHS and QA reporting and requirements are met
• Supervise and manage Reception Area and Staff
• Coordinate Travel requests for all Wacol staff
• Coordinate Vehicles, Phones and IT requests for all Wacol staff
• Assist in general administration tasks as required

To be successful you will need to have previous administration management experience while previous facilities management exposure an advantage.
Furthermore, you will need a high level of interpersonal and organisational skills while being computer literate along with developed leaderships skills are a must.
