Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to be a part of a multi-billion dollar iron ore project with a mine life up to 25 years!

We are seeking a career minded individual to take up this position with strong HD Mechancial experience on surface mining equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a great mentor and progress your career.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent and Maintenance Manager your duties will include:

• Planning and coordination of all weekly and daily mobile maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Implementation of best practice maintenance procedures.
• Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of the all maintenance activities
• Supervision and mentoring a team of trades based maintenance personnel.
• Control of workshop costs and budgeting

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience working on heavy duty mobile mining/earthmoving equipment and a hard working can-do attitude.

We will only consider ambitious individuals who want to progress their career and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

You must also have strong proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP Desirable) and Microsoft Office programs.
