With continued growth we are seeking additional experience resource that will be located at Satui Mine Project, South Kalimantan as a Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) - Mechanical.
Reporting to the Superintendent - Plant, you will be responsible to provide mechanical trade and allied training / assessment for TCI personnel in order to increase the productivity with a high focus on safety, maintenance, and repair capability (skill) of Thiess' personnel, and to ensure that TCI training requirements for tradesman personnel are being conducted in accordance with the TMS.
To be successful in this role you will requires recognized Trade and / or Mechanical Engineering Qualifications or ex TCI Apprentices with at least 4 year field experience in a similar role; Supervisory experience in Training; use to equipment training delivery; coaching & mentoring skills; Familiar with all type heavy equipments: well preparadness to share knowledge and skill; ability to work effectively with others and related to colleagues and ability to cope with additional responsibilities; computer literacy and excellent English communication skill - written and verbal.
