Human Resources Leader

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will create a human resource strategy that will anticipate and keep pace with the operation’s short and long term business plans.  Specifically, you will understand the key performance indicators and the economics of the operation, and work with the union members and managers of non-unionized personnel to foster positive relationships.  You will also showcase your change management expertise in an environment that’s constantly evolving.  With multiple collective bargaining agreements, your mission will include a key role  at the negotiating table.
