Junior Estimator/Project Coordinator
Our client, a contractor in the industrial, commercial and institutional trades is currently seeking a Junior Estimator/ Project Coordinator to join their team on site at a large client in Cambridge.
Accountabilities:
- Complete reviews of multi trade industrial projects and service work
- Liaise with clients and act as the front line representative for pricing and work coordination
- Work with other estimators, sub-contractors and suppliers to complete detailed estimates and quotes
- Hands on detailed coordination of construction activities, including safety, schedule and budget.
- Follow-up with clients and complete invoices.
Requirements:
- Microsoft - outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint (a must). Project is a plus.
- Experience using AutoCAD.
- Sales experience an asset
- Team oriented
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Hard working individual - long hours and some weekend work may be required to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge base
