Group Service Manager - Mining Support Focused - Greystanes

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is looking to for a Group Service Manager – Mining to join our team. 

With unprecedented growth, this senior management role will have you play an integral role in an international market leader. 

Reporting to the General Manager - Service, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Technical Support Group to supply technical, warranty and administrative support to HCA branches, Dealers and Customers for Mining Equipment. 

To achieve this, you will need to:

• Manage a team of Product Support Managers and Administration Staff
• Resolve technical issues for Mining products distributed by HCA
• Conduct audits of Branches for compliance to OEM supplier agreements
• Ensure technical documentation is monitored, up to date and distributed
• Ensure Service Bulletins are released and completed by expiration dates
• Managing budgets and expenses within your team

To be successful, you will need:

• Senior management experience within a Mining maintenance operation
• Relevant Engineering or Trade Qualifications
• Knowledge of an OEM Warranty system and process
• Strong understanding of computer systems and related administration process
