Business Development Professional

Our client a major consultancy firm in the mining industry is seeking a Business Development Professional to capitalize on new and existing

opportunities within Quebec and internationally. The object of this job will be to expand sales opportunities throughout this large growth area.

Duties:

• You will be responsible for forecasting and pipeline management, account planning, development and achieving the budgeted objective.
• The successful candidate will have a many years of experience in the mining / oil / gas industry, either from a consulting, technical, training, supplier or operations perspective;
• ideally with an established contact base of CIO's, CEO's, Geologists and Mining Engineers.
• You will be able to achieve exceptional sales, have related communication skills with the ability to write and deliver proposals in French and in English and deliver presentations to a wide audience base - holding your own with Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, CFOs and CIOs.

Salary is commensurate with your experience and is negotiable.
