Global Health & Safety Systems Coordinator
- [Company] is seeking a highly motivated and organized Global Health & Safety Systems Coordinator to join our global consulting firm. Based out of either Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX, the successful candidate will help support the Health & Safety team in achieving its mission to lead the strategic development and implementation of the overall safety program for [Company] at the global level.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and administer the global H&S software systems which include [Company] global SharePoint site, Event Communication System (ECS), and Learning Management System (LMS) platform. ◦Provide first level help desk support for the H&S SharePoint and ECS systems.
- Grant user authority and security access in the systems; such as: setting up, disabling, and removing users; and adding training records and certificates.
- Schedule and document all global H&S team calls and meetings.
- Assist in the tracking of annual H&S key performance indicators (KPIs) as required by the Sustainability Advisory Committee (SAC) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Coordinate the testing and rollout of new global H&S software systems.
- Document trends and analysis of ECS and KPI related information to include running and developing reports using SSRS.
- Track the H&S internal audit findings and recommendations.
- Process expense reports for global H&S team members.
- Assist with international travel bookings as needed.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Global Health & Safety Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Adobe Flash and SharePoint 2010.
- Work well with individuals of varying cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be team and goal oriented.
- Must possess a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Must be stress resilient and flexible.
