Senior Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

From 180 offices worldwide, our more than 8,000 employees work with clients to manage their environmental and engineering activities in a technically sound, economically viable, and socially responsible manner.
• The Tucson, Arizona office of [Company] is seeking an engineering professional with experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of heap leach pads, tailings impoundments, and/or surface water control structures to support our ongoing geotechnical services to mining clients. Duties will include proposal writing, project management, staff mentoring, technical review, facility design, and report writing.

Job Requirements:

• BS in Civil, Geotechnical, or similar, with a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in the design of tailing, heap leach, and/or surface water control systems
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering service company
• Excellent verbal and written skills – experience with direct client contact
• MS Office competent – MS Project or other similar software preferred
• Willingness to travel internationally as dictated by project demands
• International work experience preferred (outside candidates home country)
• Multiple language capability a plus
• Pass a pre-employment physical including a drug screening and background check
