Plant Metallurgist - $150K to $175K package

• Base in Central NSW
• Residential 5/2 roster

My client is a world class copper mining company base in Central NSW is looking for an experienced Plant Metallurgist to join their progressive underground mining operation.
 
Reporting to the Senior Metallurgist you will be responsible for

• Identify and initiate projects to improve concentrator performance including processing circuit, equipment performance, consumption of key consumables etc.
• Scope and execute above projects.
• Manage/supervise any metallurgical programs assigned.
• Manage metallurgical reporting including but not exclusive to daily and monthly reports. 
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Develop best practices and tools for process improvement.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
• Any other task as directed by your supervisor.

This role is offered on a Monday to Friday roster and is a residential role.
