Cost Controller

Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our operation area in various positions and we are committed to provide development for our employee to grow together. The successful and suitably qualified incumbent would be required to be a motivated, target driven and reliable individual. The incumbent’s duties would include but not be limited to ensuring that the open pit coal mining production process runs at optimum levels.

Responsibilities:
  1. To achieve cost savings and identify deviations from production plan by managing all cost control/reporting systems and procedures such as production's capex/conversion costs, revenues, forecast purchases of material, equipment and services.
  2. Ensure that changes in cost and schedule impact of all changes are captured and re-billed to client/vendor. 
  3. Coordination with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports.
  4. Peparation of cost report updates and report generation for review by Management.
  5. performance of cost data processing and analysis in order to provide Management with production status, forecasts and definition of alternatives.
  6. Develop and maintain in house cost system in order to ensure data quality.
  7. Analyze cost records and calculation of units cost for products or services related to a specific jobs.


Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  2. Required skill(s): cost accounting systems, cost budgeting, cost estimation, Analytical.
  3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  4. At least 7 year(s) of working experience in project cost control and reporting with exposure to risk analysis and management, contract / commercial documentation understading and admin.
  5. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  6. Working knowledge of Primavera, Accpac, Sun or SAP systems, systems integration, data processing and analysis.
  7. Full-Time position(s) available
