Chief Mining Engineer (KTT)

Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for highly motivated and dynamicindividuals to join our operation area in various positions and we are committed to provide development for our employee to grow together. The successful and suitably qualified incumbent would be required to be a motivated, target driven and reliable individual. The incumbent’s duties would include but not be limited to ensuring that the open pit coal mining production process runs at optimum levels.


Chief Mining Engineer (KTT)
Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur


Responsibilities:

1. Having 8 years experience in mining with minimum 5 years in managerial Post.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
3. Posses POP, POM, and POM Certificates and Blasting Certificate will be advantage.
4. Well understanding about mining operation (facility/equipment/manpower).
5. Good knowledge about HSE/K3 procedure and related regulations.
6. Good knowledge about Mining Reclamation and Rehabilitation.
7. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result.
8. Able to make a plan execution, including production mining analysis and cost.
9. Able to prepare reports to authorized bodies in mining industry; prepare and handle report presentation.
10. Good communication skills within organization (internal) and with government and local community (external).
11. Good knowledge in Mining Software.
12. Good leadership is a must to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
13. Self-confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization/company.
14. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek solution to solve problem.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): safety and health management, mining software, well organized, detail oriented, Organizational Management.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
4. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
6. Willing to be based all across Indonesia and remote area.
7. Willing to work with shift system & roster.
