Production Supervisor

Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for highly motivated and dynamicindividuals to join our operation area in various positions and we are committed to provide development for our employee to grow together. The successful and suitably qualified incumbent would be required to be a motivated, target driven and reliable individual. The incumbent’s duties would include but not be limited to ensuring that the open pit coal mining production process runs at optimum levels.


Production Supervisor
Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur


Responsibilities:
  1. Coal production forecasting.
  2. Coordinating land clearing, stripping of overburden, coal getting, and coal transporting stockpile.
  3. Evaluating coal production, coal getting time schedule, stripping volume to operator & driver DT, usage of fuel.
  4. Dedication to a proactive safety culture.
  5. Develop and implement best practice production strategies to achieve production target.
  6. Understanding of the value of planning by ensuring 3M availability and production targets are met through the constant review of stockpile movement and load schedules.
  7. A strong focus on the alignment of coal to sales profile.
  8. Proven leader and ability to lead a team.
  9. Dragline and large excavator experience is essential.


Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
  2. Required skill(s): schedulling, Forecasting Skills.
  3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  4. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position such as Group Leader, Section Head, Senior Foremen in open pit coal mining.
  5. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators.
  6. Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License would be an advantage.
  7. Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for Safety Management.
  8. Willing to be based all across Indonesia and remote area.
  9. Willing to work with shift system & roster.
  10. Full-Time position(s) available
