Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver's License, WHMIS
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Human Resources Responsibility: 6 - 10
Workers Supervised: Trades helpers, Labourers
Type of Industry Experience: Construction, Surface mining and quarrying, Pipeline construction
Specific Skills: Supervise workers and projects, Coordinate and schedule activities, Ensure adherence to safety standards
Additional Skills: Prepare production and other reports
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Noisy
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Own vehicle
Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
