Requirements:

• Max. 45 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology / Industrial Engineering / Law
• Minimum 12 years experience (3 years in same position) in mining company or forest plantation industry
• Excellent knowledge in Industrial Relation , HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling & General Affairs
• Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
