Requirements:
  • Male or Female, Max. 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology / Law
  • Minimum 5 years experience (2 years in same position) in mining company
  • Excellent knowledge in Industrial Relation , HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal and Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
