Linesmen/Lineworkers-QLD

LINESMEN/LINEWORKERS
 
Having recently secured a large number of projects in QLD for various Contractors. Inspire Engineering is currently looking for 10 experienced Linesmen/Linesworkers with previous Power line construction/Maintenance experience.
 
If you are an experienced Linesmen/Lineworker looking for work immediately in QLD or over the next few weeks. Please register your details with us. We will keep your details on file and notify you about any upcoming opportunities.
 
LINESMEN/LINEWORKERS REQUIREMENT/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You will be responsible for the construction, upgrade and maintenance of the transmission and distribution network:
  • Overhead power lines construction experience
  • Live Line glove and barrier qualified desirable
  • Installing anchors and guy wires
  • Pole preparation and erection
  • Certificate 3 in ESI Distribution/Transmission overhead or equivalent (Essential)
  •  Previous Power line construction/maintenance experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Willingness to travel
  • Prepared to rotate on the call our roster
  • EWP ticket advantageous
