Sourcing Integration Leader – Mining Job

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Sourcing Integration Leader – Mining will lead all of the sourcing integration efforts for our new announced acquisitions of Fairchild and Industrea. This position will be focal / leader representing Sourcing on integration teams. In this role, you will:

Essential Responsibilities:        

• Determine level of integration into the GET existing sourcing structure
• Develop 30, 60, 90, 180, 360 day sourcing integration plans and monitor / ensure level of completion
• Ensure security of supply with special focus on sole source suppliers
• Establish agreements with critical, sole sourced suppliers
• Leverage GET buy to ensure achieving integration savings
• Roll out GE standard T&C and souring protocol / procedures within newly acquired businesses
• Establish direct and indirect spend, establish integration plan with GE Transportation strategic sourcing and GE based initiatives, including, landed cost, sole source reduction, payment terms, and deflation

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sourcing position

• Ability and willingness to travel as required
