Summary Description of Position

• The Treasury Manager (“TM”) is principally responsible for leading the treasury management functions, including managing the relationships with all treasury management related service providers, driving process and product/services improvement projects, etc.  Working with the Treasury Specialist, TM is responsible for daily cash management, revolver borrowings, and short-term investment management.  TM provides oversight for all treasury management related accounting activities, certain internal periodic reporting, and the Treasury Department budget.  TM will represent the treasury function to all levels of management, all business units/departments, and externally to banking and other financial service providers.   
• Additionally, the TM will periodically, and in coordination with the Corporate Finance Analyst, support the Treasurer with respect to corporate finance matters, special/ad hoc projects and Finance Committee/BOD communications.

Required Skills

Education, Experience, Skills Required

• B. S. degree with major in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of mid to large corporate treasury function leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of G/L systems; Oracle experience preferred
• Short-term corporate cash investment management
• Self-management and proactive pursuit of product and process improvements
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish
• Critical and creative thinking aptitude; a keen focus on detail/precision and logic
• Strong organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
• A high degree of professionalism, adaptability and collaboration
• Initiative, assertiveness, discretion, and tact
