Chief Operating Engineer

A high grade gold deposit on the North Island of New Zealand needs a Chief Operating Engineering to come on board, grab the bull by the horns and guide the project through feasibility to development and operational- goal is to get operational and selling gold in 18 months time.

The company is small, and you would be a big wheel and influencer coming on in this role.

This is an opportunity to get on board with a new mine at the very early stages, lay the ground work, have a critical impact and ultimately get the mine running the way you want it to be run.

The remuneration is flexible and negotiable dependant on experience. 230K base with bonus and company options is what can be negotiated around.

If you have;

- Strong underground experience (15 years + ideal).

- Experience in scoping & feasibility work and getting projects up and running.

- Proactive and self motivated.

Relocation assistance is provided if needed with room for negotiation around individual requirements.

Please get in touch with Will Treffry for more details.
