The client is looking for a very driven and determined individual looking to make something of themselves and their career. The position is for a Technical Services Superintendent for a brand new mining operation in Western Australia.

To be considered you must be able to show;
Effective leadership, coaching and mentoring to the technical services team and all relevant suppliers and service providers
Planning and strategic focus including preparation of the business plan, mine plan, schedules and involvement in expansion studies
Operational results in the key areas of HSE, production, costs and reporting
Building and managing productive relationships with the senior team
Strong Ability to mentor
A few essential pre - requisites
Degree Qualified – Mine Engineering, geology or surveying
5+ years experience in the open pit mining
Excellent Communication and strong organisation skills
Familiar with at least one type of mining software
Strong understanding of safety and a real passion to implement it
