Senior Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

Part of a diversified global group, the team at Consolidated Minerals are currently focusing on the expansion of our Pilbara Manganese and Chromite mining operations through exploration and development of our large regional land holding.

With a world renowned high grade deposit of Manganese which is essential to steel production, and an enviable track record of being one of the world's leading suppliers, we are well placed in the market and look forward to continued growth.

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join our Woodie operations and play an important role in our Maintenance team. Working on a 8:6 roster from Perth, and reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Provide Technical guidance and support for the Mobile Maintenance team
  • Establish, maintain and update maintenance procedures on an as needs basis
  • Monitor daily log sheets for recording purposes
  • Procuring parts for breakdown maintenance
  • Conduct field inspections to Monitor fleet and working conditions
  • Record availability statistics for all Mobile Plant and Equipment on site in daily shift report
  • Monitor and direct workshop activities to ensure efficient workflow practices
  • Maintaining a safe system of work
Having worked in a similar role previously, you will have working knowledge of mobile equipment & maintenance and be familiar with workshop procedures.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated safety leadership in the past and will strive to maintain a safe and healthy workplace. Open communication, integrity and honestly are also essential ingredients to the success of this position.
