2x E&I Supervisors

A great opportunity now exists to take up a new position working directly for the client. Massive $ multi-billion project. Initially a 9month contract but endless career progression opportunities on offer thereafter. 

The role of the E&I Supervisor role is to provide support to the Site Superintendent through the provision of field supervision, planning, quality monitoring, coordination and construction management capabilities. The Supervisor is a Line Manager and is required to demonstrate leadership and commitment in relation to the implementation of the HSEC Procedures.


Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Implementation of all aspects of the HSEC Procedures
  • Audits/inspections of the contractors’ areas, hazard card reporting, accident/incident investigations reporting, issue of access and work permits
  • Conducting additional safety meetings and weekly workplace inspections/audits as and when required etc
  • Ensure that relevant contractors / consultants and personnel comply with the requirements of the HSEC Procedures
  • Monitor the work of contractors to ensure contract and project objectives are achieved or exceeded
  • Report weekly to the Site Superintendent on the progress on each work area
  • Attend kick-off, daily pre-start and weekly meetings with contractors
  • Provide all reasonable assistance and cooperation to contractors in the execution of their work
  • Ensure compliance of Company Environmental and Heritage procedures to minimise potential impact of field activities
  • Recommend and obtain approvals for additional work outside the original contract/project scope of work prior to implementation

 Qualifications required:
HSC or equivalent
  • Qualifications in Radio Communications
  • Previous Supervisor experience on EPCM Project
  • Previous Iron Ore experience.
  • Experience within $multi-billion mining projects
