Civil Project Manager

A Civil Project Manager is required to undertake a permanent role with a company that has experienced phenomenal growth in the last 3 years and simultaneous project packages on Australia’s premier mining operations.

This is the opportunity to gain a highly sort, senior role within a contracting company that is making a name for itself within the mining industry throughout Australia. Our client has 30 years experience within civil, covers concrete, infrastructure and bulk earthworks.

Within this role you will be required to:

  • Managing aspects of purchasing, expenditure and budgets
  • Managing all aspects of the project management plan
  • Managing cost related forecasting and analysis
  • Ensuring all quality and environmental standards are met
  • Liaising between the Engineering and site based Construction team
  • Managing all aspects of corporate and HR compliance
  • Manage industrial relations in accordance with the defined project plan
  • Overseeing the training and constant development of the site based workforce
  • Proactively manage and promote the project safety plan to maintain our ‘zero harm’ culture

In return for delivering these requirements you will obtain a top industry salary package with additional site uplifts and an Australia wide FIFO roster.

To be successful in obtaining this highly sort, senior role you will be required to demonstrate a proven history of:
  • 20+ year’s senior mining experience
  • Extensive Australian based industry experience
  • Extensive experience with civil, concrete, infrastructure and bulk earthworks
  • A proven track record of delivering $100 million projects

Experience of recruiting and managing large construction crews.
