Senior Exploration Geologist - Near Mine

Emerging gold producer with a high quality portfolio with potential for future discoveries. 
 
As well as the usual responsibilities of a Senior Exploration Geologist leading a small team of Project Geologists and Field Assistants you will be involved in:
 
• Design and implementation of exploration programs
• RC and diamond res def drilling program supervision
• Resource estimation
 
Support from the Exploration Manager with over 20 years experience. He actually wants to pass on his industry knowledge and experience to the rest of the Exploration team and help mentor you in management and leadership skills. Manager is easily accessible for any technical questions and issues and has solid resource experience to learn from, if this is an area you are interested in.
 
Perth based position with time to site as required. Company is in the process of ramping up to production, with hopes of first gold production in the very near future. Company offers bonuses and shares on top of your base and super, which could make your package fairly healthy.
 
To be considered for this role you will reside in Australia with a Bachelor of Science (Geology) or equivalent with at least 7 years in WA gold exploration. A track record of longevity with employers (ie more than 2 years consecutive with last 2 employers)
