An opportunity exists for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join a mid-tier civil and construction company. This role will provide a great opportunity for career progression and industry knowledge.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this position will be a FIFO role to the Pilbara region. Your duties within the role will include day to day organisation of workplace, materials and equipment.
You will need the following:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in supervising large scale civil infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage large teams and subcontractors
- Remote site experience an advantage
- Dam building experience
Salary depends on experience but will be in the region of $135k-150k plus 40% uplift .
Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience.
