About the company: Our client has been in operation for over 50 years and operates throughout Queensland and the Northern part of NSW. They have forged a solid reputation for Surveying & Planning and are involved in mining, infrastructure, building, commercial, industrial, and cadastral projects. Headed up by a very strong management team, their capability ensures that the company grows year on year.
 
 
About the Role: Having recently secured a number of infrastructure and cadastral projects, our client is seeking a Senior Surveyor to carry out the works. The work is mainly local to the Brisbane area but there will also be the occasional Fly in fly out work available as well. Using the latest engineering equipment, you will work as part of a team and also liaise with the client and other contractors on site.
 
 
About the Requirements: The ideal Senior Surveyor will possess the following:
 
 
  • Formal surveying or civil engineering qualifications
  • Ideally have 3+ years experience in Surveying
  • Be a registered Surveyor (not a necessity)
  • Be available to work away from home on a fly in fly out basis occasionally
  • Strong engineering equipment knowledge i.e. GPS, Total Station
  • Good IT skills
