Tasks

  • Provides administrative support to all HR Management team members to include special projects, researching and reporting for projects, tracking and monitoring processes and functions, and developing and implementing recommendations for process improvement.
  • Assisting with employee orientation, development, and recordkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess advanced written and verbal communications skills, as well as data entry skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organization/time management skills.
  • Experienced in using a multiline phone system.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in various situations.
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
  • Must be a self-starter, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel; Exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Proficiencies in performance management, training, conflict resolution, market based compensation, employment law, succession planning and project management.
  • Ability to connect and build relationships with others.
  • Familiarity working with project oriented environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
