Site Manager

This Tier 3 building contractor has a past pedigree in the high-end residential projects including apartments. 
 
With a sizable project in the pipeline ready to begin November time this small builder requires an experienced site manager to run a commercial project just under $10 million in value.
 
To be successful in your application you will require:
 
Tertiary qualified and or trades background in a building related field.
Site management experience on commercial scale projects NOT volume residential
Experience working on structure and fit out stages of projects
A proven track record of delivering high end quality project
Experience in bored pier foundations and basement construction
Have a solid understanding of set out, scheduling of trades, quality finishes and be OHS conversant
