Queensland owned and operated, this successful mid tier civil engineering contracting company employs in excess of 200 dedicated staff members. They have signed a new long term maintenance contract for the next 3 years in Gladstone.

We require an experienced Drainage Superintendent  with bulk earthworks experience on similar projects within mining infrastructure. This dam will take 3 year to complete however this is a fulltime role that offers career progression.

The company is prepared to fly people in and out of Gladstone but the preference is to acquire someone locally to drive in and out.

Minimum 5 years experience in drainage and bulk earth works in heavy civil engineering environment

• Excellent organizational skills
• Ensure project has the resources necessary to complete the projects
• Plan Material requirements & construction methods and procedures
• Project Forecasting, Budgeting , project expenditure
• Strong leadership skills: ability to identify improvement opportunities
