Trainer/Assessor

Australian Civil and Mining contractor with numerous operations across QLD and Australia covering the civil, resource and energy infrastructure industries. 

Currently we are looking for an experienced Trainer/Assessor for a road upgrade/repair project in Central QLD. Working a 10/4 roster you will provide site training, assessments and support across the entire project. You will have the ability to identify training requirements on site, be able to mobilise operators quickly and maintain and implement the companies SHE&T Systems. 

Reporting to the SHE&T Superintendent you will provide training and assessments to small groups or individuals, monitor and inspect site focusing on high risk activities, conduct site inductions and work with the site SHE&T team to ensure SHE&T systems are maintained and improved.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in on site training and assessing in a civil environment. You will have strong communication and time management skills, previous experience with earthmoving equipment and a similar environment will be highly regarded. 10/4 roster, FIFO from Brisbane, a competitive salary package and accommodation will be provided for the successful applicant.
