Leading Australian Mining operator with sites across Australia. Responsible for total mine operations. 

Currently looking for an experienced Mine Manager to improve current mining operations on site. You will manage all aspects of the site, implement safe mine practices, short to mid term planning, ensure KPI targets are met and manage budgets. You will ensure company policies and standards are met and statutory compliance matters are adhered to. You will also be responsible for community relationships. You will improve operational performance and will also have the ability to develop relationships with site leaders.

To be considered for this role you will have;

• Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or equivalent
• Proven management experience
• Drive to implement safety and achieve financial targets
• Extensive experience in coal mining environment
• Understanding of mining operations, mine planning and safety
