Leading coal mining and service contractor is looking to substantially expand operations at the coal mining operation site in the Bowen Basin. Continued success has seen the extension of their current contract with an increased work load, production and workforce sees the creation of this Senior Project Manager role.

The role will see you planning, leading and managing the project and team to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. You will have a proven history of achieving KPI’s, production and ability to ensure the highest possible safety outcomes are achieved.  

The successful candidate will have;

• Tertiary qualifications in Mining or Civil Engineering
• SSE (Senior Site Executive) qualification is (desirable).
• Highly motivated and focused 
• Ability to successfully drive your team to deliver
• Strong communication, negotiation, time management, planning and cost management skills are all essential.
• Highly developed commercial management skills
